Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and agree to them prior to booking your main appointment for a treatment with Revive Beauty Lounge.
Revive Beauty Lounge welcomes and respects all genders, ethnic backgrounds, the elderly, people at any level of ability and all religions.
Revive Beauty Lounge will not tolerate hateful behaviours.
Age Requirements
To book an appointment, the client must be over the age of 18. Some treatments can be conducted for minors with a parental / guardian consent.
Appointment Booking, payment and costs
Arrival / Cancellations / Rescheduling
Revive Beauty Lounge requires the client to arrive promptly for their service. Client needs to be available 5 minutes before the start of an appointment.
Late arrivals (if late more than 15 minutes) without prior notification may result in its immediate cancellation of your treatment. An invoice for the full remaining amount of the appointment cost will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by the client.
In case of late arrival please contact Revive Beauty Lounge via text to 07724 924 824.
If you know you will be late in a time frame of 15 minutes, your appointment will be shortened depending on your treatments booked. Please note your appointment will still be charged at full price for the time booked.
The time booked for a treatment is reserved for the client’s exclusive use. When appointments are cancelled less than 48 hrs or are missed, Revive Beauty Lounge is often unable to fill the gap. If the client cancels the appointment on the day, or fails to arrive, it will result cancellation and full remaining amount of the treatment price will be charged.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, Revive Beauty Lounge need a notice of min 48 hrs before. You can send text message to 07724924824 or email salon@revivebeautylounge.co.uk
If you book your appointment with my online booking system, please use your confirmation email to cancel or log in to your account and reschedule/cancel your appointment there.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hrs will be subjected to a 100% charge of the treatment price.
Failure to pay the full price of the treatment is a serious offence and will be passed along to a debt collection agency.
Consultation
Revive Beauty Lounge takes client privacy seriously. Prior to any treatment client needs to fill a Consultation form. For Health and Safety of clients I maintain records of any health/medical conditions, which may indicate that a particular treatment would not go ahead /e.g. allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions/
Clients record card must be kept for a minimum of 7 years from the last treatment for insurance purposes.
Appointment attendances need to be signed after each appointment.
No refunds will be issued on any treatment as products, time and resource have been used during a service. If there are any issues, please contact me as soon as possible at salon@revivebeautylounge.co.uk
If there is an issue with Semi permanent lash extensions treatment, please contact me within first 72 hrs from the original appointment and repairs will be done FREE of charge.
Patch Testing
Clients who book for Tinting, Lash Extensions, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift must have had a patch test at least 48 hrs before a booked treatment.
Covid-19 restrictions – patch test must be carried out 2 weeks after each Covid vaccination, otherwise is every 6 months or if there is a change in medical history.
Children
Please do not bring children to your appointment as I am unable to let them stay unattended for their own safety.
Price of treatment
Prices shown on the website under my downloadable Price list are correct as of January 2021. They are subject to change at any time without any notice given.

Right to refuse
Revive Beauty Lounge have the right to refuse any client who is unfit for a treatment. This will include any client who appears under the influence of drugs and alcohol or is abusive towards to Beauty Therapist. This is to protect you as a client as well as the Beauty Therapist.
If there are any medical conditions which are known as a contra indication, these are conditions that can interfere with a result to go ahead with a treatment booked.
Revive Beauty Lounge have the right to refuse services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to e.g. frequent cancellations, lateness, inappropriate/offensive behaviour, failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available to purchase from https://www.revivebeautylounge.co.uk or from the salon
Gift vouchers can be for a specific treatment or are available in any amount.
Gift vouchers are valid for the specified period of the time.
Gift vouchers can not be exchanged for cash.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention & Control Policy
Please attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible.
Please do not arrive early for an appointment as you might meet another client who is just leaving or arrive before cleaning has finished.
I have increased the frequency of cleaning in my salon, making sure all surfaces, door handles, touch points are disinfected before and after each client.
Wherever possible I will use environmentally friendly disposable items to protect you from cross infection.
There is a Hand Sanitiser available at the entrance for all clients to use before each treatment.
As per Government guideline face covering is a mandatory for indoor settings and close contact services.
I will carry all treatments in full PPE as per Government requirements for close service contact.
Please use scan in app NHS Covid-19 to check in to a Revive Beauty Lounge.
I allow 15 minutes between clients to sanitize and disinfect all surfaces and allow the air circulation.
Complaints
I always welcome feedback from my clients and, whilst I always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your experience as a client of mine is a positive one. I nevertheless would like to hear from you if you have any cause for complaint. If you have any complaint about my services or any other complaint about the Revive Beauty Lounge, please raise the matter by email to salon@revivebeautylounge.co.uk .
GDPR
Revive Beauty Lounge is registered with ICO /Information Commissioner’s Office/, who is independent body set up to uphold information rights, covering laws including the Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
I am collecting the above data to ensure I can safely perform your treatment and be able to contact you with regards to appointments. I need to store this data to comply with my public & product liability insurance and to be able to safely continue treatments and keep record of all product’s used should any issues/allergies arise. I will store this data under my online booking system. I will not share your data with any third parties. I will store the data for 7 years to comply with my insurance company, but it will be reviewed on a yearly basis where you can op out. If you choose to opt out I will have to keep your data on file for insurance purposes. You can opt out at anytime by contacting me to salon@revivebeautylounge.co.uk . If you decide to opt out and withdraw consent, I will no longer be able perform any treatments on you.
Accepting this Terms and Conditions you give consent for me to contact you. I would only contact you should I need to make change or cancel an appointment or send you an email regarding any salon information.
Accepting this Terms and Conditions you give consent for me to have pictures of your face, eyes and for the picture to be used on my social media platform /facebook, Instagram, twitter/ as my marketing promoting consent.

Appointment Booking, payment and costs
- Appointments are available to book online
- If there is no availability, you can add yourself to a waiting list on the booking system at any time to be automatically notified if a space on the date and time selected has become available in the booking system for your preferred treatment.
- All bookings require a booking fee to secure your appointment.
- A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure your appointment, deductible from the full treatment price. If the treatment price is lower than £25, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The booking fee is transferable if more than 48 hrs notice is provided. No shows / multiple cancellation will result full payment being required upfront, or no further bookings being taken.
- Appointments booked in December 2 weeks before Christmas are Non-Refundable Booking Fees due to a busy period of the year and often appointments can not be filled on short notice even if is 48 hours.
- When booking online, the client is provided with the option to store their card information on file. By agreeing to store clients card information on file, the client grants Revive Beauty Lounge permission to charge this card take payment at the end of an appointment, or on the day cancellation and / or failing to attend an appointment.
- If client does not attend an appointment classed as NO SHOW, full treatment price will be charged.
- Treatments cannot be carried out on clients who are at first trimester of their pregnancy and need to have a new patch test for treatments required.

Semi-permanent Lash Extensions treatment
- After Full set of Semi-permanent lash extensions client must have at least 40 – 50% of lashes left to be included in the infills price.
- Any infills booked after 3 weeks will be charged as a new full set.
- Whatever is left from the previous set will be removed an new full set will be applied for longer lasting.
- I do not infill others lash technician work
